Return Policy

We accept returns with a 90% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition within 15 days of receipt.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been inspected, the remaining balance after the restocking fee deduction will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for similar products in different flavours. Please note that all exchange-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately.
